WHO WE ARE
Our Mission
To raise a generation that thinks clearly, feels deeply, belongs proudly, and builds courageously, and to make their parents real partners in how that happens.
Our Core Values
Six values that govern everything we do. These are not decorations. They are the non-negotiables.
Every policy, timetable, and procedure is checked against one question: does this genuinely advance this child’s growth?
We do not rely on nice-sounding language. If we cannot point to clear, observable evidence in a child’s learning or behavior, we do not claim it.
Parents are not spectators. They are part of the work itself. We share the full picture and do not hide behind jargon.
Our focus is on what is real inside the classroom and inside the child, not on what looks impressive in photographs.
We open children to the wider world without cutting them off from their roots. Arabic, faith, and heritage are core pillars in their formation.
We refuse to trade a child’s best interests for quick wins. We think about who this child will be in ten years.
Our Promise
At MEYLOR, your child will grow across four dimensions, not just one. You will see it, measure it, and shape it with us.
Your child’s growth is measured across mind, heart, spirit, and vision, not just grades.
You will receive a structured Child Development Profile, not a generic report card. Growth across all sixteen competencies with evidence and teacher notes.
You will be invited into the work, through the Four-Dimensions Profile and Assessment Days, every twelve weeks.
School Policies
At MEYLOR, a clear policy is an act of respect. It ensures that every family, every staff member, and every child understand what they can expect from us and what we expect in return. The policies in this handbook are not bureaucratic formalities. They are the written expression of our commitment to safety, fairness, the wellbeing of every child in our care, and the partnership we build with every family who entrusts us with their child’s education.
